About Our Company
My name is Erich Rommel, and I’m the founder of Young Guns Exterior Cleaning.

I’m a proud Chilliwack local currently pursuing my Bachelor of Business Administration at the University of the Fraser Valley, while also playing in my third and final season for the Chilliwack Jets Junior A hockey team. Balancing school, competitive hockey, and running a business hasn’t been an easy task, but I’ve never been one to shy away from hard work.

What drives me is simple; I believe in building something real through grit, ambition, and genuine character. I started Young Guns Exterior Cleaning not only to offer superior cleaning services, but also to create opportunities for other hardworking, like-minded young men who are eager to succeed. I want to provide a place where individuals who are willing to put in the work can earn good money, grow as individuals, and take pride in what they do.

I also believe in rewarding hard work, not just with a paycheque, but with the chance to take on more responsibility, earn more, and be part of something that’s growing. This business is about more than clean homes, it’s about building a team of motivated individuals chasing excellence in everything we do.​
